Run — 800 Meters
Both partners run the full 800m together. Every division, every athlete. 7,000 ft will make itself known immediately — set your pace and go.
Sled Push — 8× 80ft
8 total lengths of 80ft, split between partners however you choose. Both partners must be at the sled before the station begins.

Burpees / Burpee Pull-Ups — Your Choice
You and your partner choose your challenge before the station begins. Option A is 40 burpees completed together. Option B is 20 burpee pull-ups completed together. This applies to all divisions. Inform the judge of your choice before starting — no switching mid-station.

Tag in and out freely. One partner pulls at a time. Pacing here decides how you enter the final stretch.
Tire Flips — 50 Total Flips
50 total tire flips split between partners. Must be flipped completely flat each rep — no rolling. Partners alternate flips.
Assault Bike — 50 Calories Total
One bike at a time, switch whenever. Lungs at 7,000 ft — dig deep and find the finish.
Sandbag Reverse Lunges — 80 Reps Total
Share 80 reps between partners. Leave everything here — the finish line is 10 feet away.

Bridge the Peak is a 2 person team-based hybrid fitness and recovery event in Flagstaff, Arizona. This day combines strength, conditioning, and strategy across 9 stations for an athletic competition followed by smart recovery for competitors.

Yes. This is a teams-of-2 event, so each registration is part of a two-person team. Please reach out if you wish to compete but don’t have a partner.

Gold is the most accessible division for first-timers and everyday athletes. Platinum is the higher-performance division with heavier loads and stricter movement standards. Co-Ed is a mixed-gender division with division-specific standards and weights.

The competition begins at Bridge Performance Training, and the afterparty takes place at Peak Performance Cryo & Recovery in Flagstaff.

Athletes should plan to arrive by 7:30 AM for check-in, warm-up, and event preparation before the first heat begins.

Bring athletic clothing, training shoes, water. You may also bring a towel, bathing suit and dry clothes for post competition cold plunge.

Yes. Awards will be presented during the finisher celebration and afterparty.
