What to expect
During an EWOT session, you perform moderate-to-high intensity exercise performed on the stationary bike while breathing in oxygen-enriched air through a specialized mask. Sessions last approximately 15 minutes. You will follow specific programs guided by a staff member to target 70-80% of your maximum heart rate during the exercise.
