Dr. Alex Whelan, MD

With 10 years of experience as an emergency medicine physician, Dr. Alex Whelan has seen firsthand the importance of preventative health strategies and efficient recovery. Originally from Louisiana, Dr. Whelan earned his undergraduate degree from LSU and his medical degree in Cincinnati. A lifelong hockey player, he brings the competitive spirit and drive from the rink into his practice, focusing on innovative, non-medicated recovery methods that help others feel their best. Passionate about staying fit and thriving as he ages, Dr. Whelan is dedicated to empowering others to achieve their wellness goals.

Danielle Cavaliere, RN

Danielle Cavaliere is a registered nurse with 10 years of experience across multiple specialties, including emergency medicine. Originally from New York, Danielle earned her nursing degree in Connecticut before embarking on an adventurous career as a travel nurse, working in hospitals across the country. She ultimately found her home in Flagstaff, Arizona, where she continues to blend her passion for helping others with her love of nature. Danielle enjoys hiking, backpacking, and maintaining an active lifestyle, all while embracing a balanced approach to health and graceful aging.
