At Peak Performance Cryo & Recovery, you can choose whether to do infrared or traditional sauna, and then customize your heat level to ensure a comfortable experience tailored to your preference and tolerance. Please book an appointment in advance, as switching between modes requires a 30-minute preparation time to ensure your sauna is ready and optimized for your session.

What to Expect from Your Private Sauna Session

  • 30-minute time block in a private sauna for 1-2 people

    • Traditional 10-20 minute

    • Infrared 20-30 minute

  • Comfortable, relaxing environment tailored to your heat preference 

  • Customized LED lights and the option to play music over bluetooth speakers provide your chosen ambiance for your sauna session

  • Towels and robes are provided, and you have the option to shower afterwards in our private, on-site bathroom.

Traditional Sauna

Traditional saunas use heated rocks or steam to warm the air to high temperatures (150°F - 180°F), causing intense sweating and an increase in heart rate, similar to cardiovascular exercise. Traditional saunas work to:
